Instructions

For the Citrus Syrup: Place all the ingredients in a pot, heat until it reaches a light boil, agitating to dissolve. Next, turn off the stove allowing it to reach room temperature fully. Transfer into an sealable bottle, seal and store chilled, where it will keep for up to a month.

For the Premix: Mix all the liquids in a large bottle, allow it to infuse for one hour, then strain , ideally through cheesecloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.

To serve: Measure 85ml of your batch mix into your cocktail shaker packed with ice, gently stirring carefully for about 60 seconds to cool it down. Filter into a frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, garnish with some cranberries adding the final touch using a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
